Advanced diagnostic systems, clinical radiography workstations, and multi-spectral monitoring modules engineered for global distribution and custom integration.
Global Visionary in Custom Medical & Industrial Automated Imaging Systems
Hangzhou Pipmed Medical Co., Ltd. is a clinical-grade manufacturer specializing in advanced medical imaging equipment. We are dedicated to providing state-of-the-art digital X-ray radiography systems, flat panel detectors (FPDs), and fully integrated diagnostic software suites designed for healthcare institutions, industrial inspectors, and security entities globally.
With a comprehensive corporate strategy built on precision optics, low-dose radiation engineering, and dynamic signal processing, Pipmed delivers robust solutions that elevate clinical workflows and diagnostic yield. Through our advanced global OEM/ODM pipelines, we design customized apparatus conforming to stringent localized regulatory frameworks.
"Our engineering core bridges the gap between raw optical sensing and real-time medical-grade analytics, enabling clinics worldwide to diagnose faster with unprecedented safety."
Bridging automated diagnostic hardware and digital hospital networks to drive imaging efficiency, reduced radiation doses, and optimal patient throughput.
Modern clinical environments require high signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) at minimal patient radiation levels. Pipmed’s mammography and ceiling-mounted radiography installations incorporate high-voltage generators (up to 50kW) paired with customized cesium iodide (CsI) scintillation plates to capture micro-calcifications as small as 0.1mm. This facilitates early diagnostic detection of breast lesions and osteological pathologies, seamlessly uploading DICOM 3.0 data packets to local hospital PACS networks.
Intraoperative surgical environments necessitate highly mobile, low-latency fluoroscopy. Our mobile C-arm systems employ robust high-frequency monoblocks coupled with ultra-sensitive digital detectors. This dynamic feedback loop allows orthopedic, vascular, and neurological surgical teams to track anatomical movements and hardware placements in real time, preventing visual artifacts and enhancing patient safety during high-stakes intervention.
Extending beyond traditional medical paradigms, Pipmed integrates automated backscatter X-ray technology for aerospace, border control, and defense industries. Handheld 140kv backscatter units emit narrow collimated X-ray beams, scanning cargo, vehicle panels, and structural elements. The backscattered photon signatures are collected via large-area detectors, mapping organic compounds, contraband, and structural voids hidden from normal transmission systems.
Unlocking production capacity, international validation, and rigorous material sourcing to support OEM and ODM custom integration pipelines.
At our manufacturing facility in Hangzhou, China, Pipmed operates advanced production lines containing Class 10,000 cleanroom environments specialized for flat-panel sensor assembly and high-voltage oil tank sealing. We supply major medical diagnostic centers, industrial inspect companies, and municipal hospitals with certified radiology solutions.
Our OEM/ODM services are designed to accommodate customized physical profiles, custom hardware protocols, and integrated localized software GUIs. Whether integrating an Advantech industrial PC core for real-time video processing or optimizing a thermal sensor array over PoE (Power over Ethernet) for perimeter protection, our R&D unit delivers tailored, production-ready modules.
Navigating complex international medical standards to ensure seamless customs clearance, product registration, and site deployment.
Our imaging hardware is designed, manufactured, and verified under strict ISO 13485 quality systems. We support global importers by providing extensive technical files required for localized certifications, including CE MDR (European Union), FDA 510(k) submissions (USA), and localized health department approvals in LATAM, Middle East, and APAC regions.
Following the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) radiation guideline, Pipmed integrates automated dose control systems. Active collimation, high-speed shutter systems, and digital filtration modules drastically minimize non-diagnostic radiation scatter, ensuring safety for both operating personnel and patients.
For large-scale medical distributions and critical industrial systems, we offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with localized spare parts hubs, remote diagnostic calibration over secure VPN tunnels, and technical onboarding courses for field service engineering personnel.

Targeting Edge-AI Processing and IGZO Sensor Integration
The next generation of automated imaging centers around structural neural network evaluations. Pipmed is currently developing cloud-connected smart nodes that process raw diagnostic frames at the edge. By running localized deep-learning networks on the integrated processing module, the system can immediately highlight potential pulmonary nodules, structural metal fractures, or chemical gas signatures before transmitting files to PACS/cloud repositories.
Furthermore, our next generation of Flat Panel Detectors is migrating toward IGZO (Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide) backplanes. IGZO technology enables significantly faster electron mobility compared to traditional amorphous silicon (a-Si). This allows for higher frame rate dynamic fluoroscopy at extremely low doses, transforming dynamic surgery and real-time high-speed manufacturing quality control checks.
Standardizing ultra-clear static imaging, minimizing noise ratios, and providing reliable DICOM 3.0 integrations globally.
Transitioning to higher frequency surgical workflows and low-dose real-time anatomical tracking.
Running local machine learning models directly on high-speed FPGA arrays to instantly identify anomalies, anomalies, and structural defects.
Critical engineering and trade answers regarding customized configurations, global logistics, and integration standards.
Endoscopy pumps, panoramic CBCT systems, industrial computing units, and specialized gas imaging components completing our manufacturing line.
